What to Expect at Your Free Consultation
Here’s what your first visit typically includes:
1. Warm Welcome
From the moment you walk in, our team will greet you with a smile and make sure you feel at home. We’ll guide you through check-in and answer any initial questions you may have.
2. Digital Photos & X-Rays
We’ll take detailed images of your teeth and jaw using state-of-the-art digital technology. This gives Dr. Matt the information he needs to assess your smile from every angle—without any discomfort.
3. Comprehensive Exam
Dr. Matt will perform a thorough evaluation of your teeth, bite, and jaw alignment. He’ll take the time to explain what he sees, answer your questions, and discuss your smile goals.
4. Personalized Treatment Plan
If treatment is recommended, we’ll walk you through your options—whether that’s braces, clear aligners, or future observation. We’ll explain how everything works, how long treatment might take, and what your investment will look like.
5. Financial Guidance
We’ll review all costs up front and go over your insurance, payment plan options, and anything else you need to feel confident moving forward. No pressure—just clear information and honest answers.
What to Bring With You
To help us serve you best, please bring:
- Your dental insurance information (if applicable)
- Any recent dental X-rays (if available)
- Completed new patient forms (or fill them out when you arrive)
- Any questions or concerns—we’re here to help!
Your first visit is all about getting to know you and helping you make the best decision for your smile. There’s no obligation to start treatment right away. We’ll give you all the information you need, answer every question, and support you—whatever your next step may be.
